Simplicate is een ontzettend fijn programma dat erg gebruiksvriendelijk is en er aantrekkelijk uitziet. Perfect in het ondersteunen van alle bedrijfsprocessen.

Pros

Het grootste voordeel van Simplicate zit 'm al in de naam: alles (bedrijfsprocessen, HRM, urenregistratie) wordt veel simpeler gemaakt. Voorheen hadden we voor iedere bedrijfstaak een ander systeem, wat voor verwarring zorgde. Nu werkt iedereen in dezelfde tool en heb je zo meer overzicht. Ook de rapportages zijn erg fijn.

Cons

Ik zie geen nadelen, maar zou nog wel een paar functies willen zien zoals een (sociaal) intranet, kennisbank, projectmanagementtools, et cetera.

Pros

Voor mij is het heel fijn dat je de uren goed kan registreren. Zo kunnen we exact zien hoeveel uur er is gebruikt voor ingekochte uren van de klant.

Cons

jammer dat het geen all in tool is. Fijn dat je andere systemen kunt integreren, maar nu moetj e alsnog met meerdere systemen werken
