Pros

I can organize everything in one tool, from the first contact with the customer to their invoice.

Cons

Like any other app, it has its advantages, but it is not 100% secure in terms of the information collected.

Gebruiksgemak en overzicht. Eenvoudig offreren en factureren.

Cons

Dat taken/workflows niet in de mobiele app getoond worden.

Eenvoudige implementatie en makkelijk in gebruik.
Data heel goed te beheren.
CRM, Workflows en Sales werken goed en vooral goed samen.

Cons

Facturatiemodule niet te gebruiken voor bedrijven die uren, diensten en producten leveren. Structuur voor facturatie is te star.

Exact is verouderd en er wordt niet meer doorontwikkeld, werkt heel omslachtig en resultaat uit het pakket halen zonder dure consultant is praktisch inmogelijk.

Super fijne tool om mee te werken en bovendien geweldige ondersteuning en onboarding. De consultants van Simplicate helpen je goed om het platform in te richten en te leren kennen. Nu gebruiken we het ieder uur, en heeft het ons bedrijf geholpen om een stuk rendabeler te worden en goed in te zien waar de lekken zitten.

Pros

Wanneer je Simplicate goed gebruikt geeft de tool zo veel rust en overzicht. Binnen een maand was Simplicate al onmisbaar voor onze organisatie.

Cons

Eigenlijk niet, maar het is geen all-in tool. Dat geeft voordelen omdat Simplicate gewoon doet waar het goed in is, maar zorgt er wel voor dat je tools moet integreren. De offerte tool bijvoorbeeld is prima, maar niet van het niveau waar we eerst onze offertes mee maakten (PandaDoc).
