> **Pros**: It's quick and simple. User interface is clean and doesn't take up too much time. Value is pretty good. Customer support has been great.

> **Cons**: The placement of the reviews widget on the page can be finicky and often times have to contact support. There is no clean way to fix reviews without upsetting a customer. Not enough ability to filter out clearly negative for the sake of negative reviews. If a customer gives you one star on a product because it's not windproof, but the product doesn't claim to be windproof and is not designed to be, your only option is to reject the review and the customer gets a notification saying you did so. You should be able to reject without notice. You should be able to delete a bad review, not because you're trying to hide something, but because a customer has bad intent. Also, why trash your star rating because an uniformed customer who you've informed is being obstinate. Need major reform here. Also, reviews should not default to being auto approved, they should be set to manual unless otherwise set. You should also be able to export your own reviews yourself, not have to email or message someone to do it for you.

Lots of options as to how to carousel the reviews. Product reviews customization, even add your own images to the pages.

> **Cons**: A little complicated for set up and customization but customer service is always there right away for chat and help desk.

> Great company, as I can monitor my responses properly. Not many good reviews companies out there, so this one would be wise to chose from.
