> **Pros**: I have to admit I learned a lot about what not to do in terms of advertising.Their website and their customer service claims served as a great reminder how to quickly ruin a business by overpromising and underdelivering. Or in their case, not delivering at all by selling an unusable product.

> **Cons**: They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing. In the end, you're left with a product that is harmful to your business, and you spent countless hours and money for this "service". They are not interested in resolving any issues. They count on the fact that you already spent too much time to make amenitiz software work, and that you won't leave them because you don't want to spend that time somewhere else, again.A business model that will ruin them, for sure. Clients are not as stupid as amenitiz seem to think they are.

> Their product is completely and utterly unusable for me. Despite proving this to them, and despite hiring a developer from my end to help them improve their product, they weren't interested.The worst part? They won't let me out of the contract. Do yourself a favor and look for an alternative. Unless you want to get rid of your money, your guests, and your nerves.
