> **Pros**: The patient engagement is good. We have had some good results from the software for sure.

> **Cons**: The only con is that we had to request a custom report for something I would think would come standard, BUT they've built it into the product since we purchased and now it is standard. I like that they incorporated our feedback into the product. Shows they care and listen.
