I loved the card swipers to gather credit card numbers quickly. It was easy to input guest information and auction items. All bidders were able to register and bid on items. The notification process when outbid works well. > > **Cons**: After the auction is done, if a registered bidder who did not purchase anything would like to delete their payment info, like credit card information, so it cannot be used in vain, there is no effective way to do so. The helpdesk says there is, but the online knowledge base does not match the screens. And the deletion process is not possible if a prior bid has been placed, even though the bid was not binding (the last bid). In addition, after one auction is over, other online auctions are randomly offered to the user. Including messages that bids have been placed on users behalf, which is very disturbing\!\!\!
