> **Pros**: This mail platform integrated with Workbooks which was the company's choice for CRM.

> **Cons**: Automated workflows which are standard with other platforms were paid add ons.

Interface with workbooks to pass users across was clunky and hard to use.

> Over all I found the support form Gatormail and our workbooks reseller to be minimal.  We had numerous issues setting up the email platform and it never interfaced properly with workbooks.
