## Overview

### Key benefits of Digital Permit Book

Be inspection-ready in one tap: Drivers open every required document on one screen with DOT Mode, even without a signal.

Stop chasing expirations: Automatic alerts go out 30, 15, and 7 days before permits, registrations, CDLs, and insurance expire.

Replace paper binders and spreadsheets: Keep driver, vehicle, trailer, and company documents in one system instead of folders that go out of date.

Always the right documents: Documents follow the vehicle and trailer a driver is assigned to, synced from your ELD.

Set up in minutes: Upload documents in bulk, up to 1,000 at a time, and let AI sort and assign them.

Stay audit-ready: Driver qualification files, MVRs, and drug and alcohol testing records are organized by driver and export in an audit-ready format.

Get answers any time: An AI assistant answers FMCSA and DOT questions for drivers and managers around the clock.

Update once, everyone has it: When a document changes, every assigned driver has the current version immediately.

Works with the tools you have: Syncs with Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Isaac, and Platform Science, and runs alongside your TMS.

Fits fleets of any size: From a single owner-operator to large carriers, with SSO, webhooks, and an open API on Enterprise plans.

Support when you need it: 24/7 chat
support, an online help center, and live support Monday to Friday, 7 to 5 CST.

>
> I can't express how much the Digital Permit Book has revolutionized our document management process. Before, we would constantly struggle with document issues and time-consuming updates. But now everything has become a breeze. Our drivers are always good to go, and we can't believe how much time it saves us. I couldn't be happier with the convenience it brings to my operations.

Instead of searching a binder or a shared drive during a roadside inspection, drivers open the app and find everything in one place.\n\nHow it works: Start by adding your drivers, vehicles, and trailers, or let them sync from your ELD or telematics provider. Upload registrations, permits, insurance, driver qualification files, and other documents, one at a time or in bulk. The AI document tool reads each file, sorts it, and assigns it to the right driver, vehicle, or trailer, and every expiration date is tracked from then on.\n\nOn the road: Assigned drivers see their own documents in the iOS or Android app. With One-Tap Inspection (DOT Mode), every required document appears on one screen, and because files are stored on the phone they open without a cell signal. When a driver changes trucks or trailers, the documents change with them. Drivers can also submit custom forms such as DVIRs, upload files with File Drop, and ask the AI assistant FMCSA and DOT questions.\n\nIn the office: Safety and compliance teams use the web dashboard to see what is current and what is about to expire across the whole fleet. Alerts go out 30, 15, and 7 days before an expiration, and driver qualification files, including CDLs, medical certificates, annual MVRs, and drug and alcohol testing records, can be exported in an audit-ready format. Maintenance records and repair receipts can be stored with each vehicle.\n\nWho uses it: Owner-operators, small and mid-size fleets, and large carriers with 100+ drivers. Larger fleets can add SSO (Okta, Azure), webhooks, an open API and MCP, and custom integrations.\n\nWorks with your tools: Digital Permit Book syncs with Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Isaac, and Platform Science, and it runs alongside your existing TMS.\n\nSupport: Online help center, 24/7 chat support, and live support Monday to Friday, 7 to 5 CST.
