I am a paying Alma provider, and I cannot access my account despite resetting my password twice today. My client is presumably waiting for me right now, and because her contact information is inside Alma, I cannot even reach her to explain what is happening or offer another way to meet. I submitted an urgent technical support request, but the automated response says it may take up to three days to receive a reply and warns that submitting additional requests may further delay the response. There also appears to be no phone number or other way to reach someone for immediate assistance. This puts me in an awful professional position. From my client’s perspective, it may look as though I simply failed to show up for her appointment when, in reality, I am sitting here trying to reach her and cannot because I am locked out of the platform. Technical problems happen. What is unacceptable is having no way for a paying provider to obtain immediate assistance when a technical problem is actively interfering with client care. I sincerely hope someone from Alma sees this and contacts me promptly so I can regain access to my account and reach my client. > > Repeated technical difficullties and no immediate support. Some of the insurance pay out rates are a little higher, but Headway is able to match the insurance carriers I care about.
