We have been using Talenteer relatively recently, but can already tell that this platform is a game-changer. Its innovative features and seamless integration with our existing HR system have made Talenteer an indispensable tool for our organization. Special thanks to the customer success manager Julia for diving deeply into our internal processes and business goals. It helped to quickly conduct a pilot project and launch the system at the level of the entire company.

Pros

Talenteer is loaded with features and integrates so well into our current environment. It's really made our lives way easier and it's become an indispensable tool for the entire organization. I would also like to underline the exceptional level of Talenteer's customer success management. Moreover, the pricing of the product is significantly more appealing than that of its rivals!

Cons

No trial period. But the Talenteer team offered us free access to a demo stand before signing the contract so that we could try out the platform ourselves. Also, for the first 3 months, we did not pay for licenses.

What is especially valuable, we have received excellent feedback from our people regarding Talenteer's user-friendly interface and accessibility. The transparency created by this platform has ensured that every employee gets a fair chance to showcase their skills and expertise. As a result, we have been able to identify candidates internally, saving both time and money that would have been spent on external recruitment. The platform ensures that the best talent in the company is always engaged and accessible.

Pros

One of the main pros is the user-friendly interface. Everyone on our team has given great feedback about how easy Talenteer is to use. Plus, it's made our hiring process much more transparent and fair. Now, every employee has a chance to show off their skills and expertise, thus helping us identify a lot of amazing internal candidates that we may have missed before. This has saved us a lot of time and money that we would've had to spend on external hiring. I highly recommend checking out Talenteer to keep your team engaged and connected.

Cons

I can’t say that this is a major con, but you should keep in mind the fact that you need to allocate enough time to adapt all types of users to new processes in the company.

From the moment I started using Talenteer, I found myself seamlessly navigating through its features and functionalities. The UI design is thoughtfully crafted, making Talenteer incredibly user-friendly and easy to understand. Delving into different positions that resonated with my personal interests within the company was never that simple!

Pros

I have to say, I'm impressed with Talenteer's interface. It's so straightforward and easy to use, I didn't even need to consult any user guides or ask anyone for help. That said, it's nice to know that our customer success manager is always available to answer any questions we might have. It really makes the whole process a lot smoother!Moreover, I find it very handy that the system allows users to provide feedback to the development team. It's great to know that my opinion matters and that I can help make the system even better.

Cons

At the moment the system is not integrated with LinkedIn so I can't import skills from my LinkedIn profile to Talenteer. But the team is open to suggestions for product improvement. We are looking forward to this feature! So far, I haven't encountered any significant problems.
