> **Pros**: Zuub has allowed us to streamline both sides of our patient experience. The set up of Zuub allows for patients to be presented with a comprehensive treatment plan with explanations of services as well as allowing us to send detailed invoices.

> **Cons**: Honestly, the most difficult thing about Zuub was that the staff needed to change the way they input treatment into Eaglesoft in order for it to sync. After a little while it was smooth sailing and our patients felt much more informed about their treatment.

> We have been able to work with Zuub to make it work for our practice and our patients. It has been a great asset to our overall production and collections numbers and  it's very comprehensive and easy to use.

Frequently we couldn't verify online and had to call the insurance company only to be on hold for long periods of time. We switched to Zuub and this process that had previously been a headache became much easier\!
