> **Pros**: As soon as I started using outreachbin for my email marketing campaigns, I saw a flood of positive results. Their email warmup feature, along with cold email campaigns, worked really well hand in hand. The software is also very user-friendly and simple to use.

> **Cons**: The tracking / open rates isn't working that well. I reached out syupport after using outreachbin for a year and my friends also complaining they have a lack of positive responses. I had 50-80% open rates with lack of responses. I then did a test and i got back 100% open rates. 

Support tried to save it was gmail options and then said to turn off domain tracking. Having clarity over your numbers is important. 

My friends who i actually referred to outreachbin started getting responses immediately from other email sending softwares. The only thing they changed was the software no copy etc.

> In the beginning it was positive but over the year the support got worse and worse. it took almost 4 weeks to get a solution from then and that solution was turning off tracking. 

I also asked for a refund on the yearly purchase 5 days after but they refused and said it wasn't possible. 

Whilst I understand T's \& C's i had been on the platform for a year I think they should've offered a refund after the poor experience especially since i inquired about it almost immediately after renewal. 

Overall very poor experience a year into using the software.
