My overall experience with Wati has been positive. It effectively enhances customer engagement by making communication via WhatsApp seamless and more manageable. While the pricing and setup complexity may pose challenges for some, the features and capabilities Wati provides are well worth considering for businesses looking to improve their communication strategy.

Pros

Easy to use, Plenty of features like automation, knowbot, integrations that are highly used by us and There is detailed documentation and detailed FAQ's which help us self resolve queries. They do someting innovative every month with new version.

Cons

Customer support needs to be improved,Sometime if there is error while broadcasting platform doesn't show exect error or what we need to do.
