Having no previous experience with or understanding of the scheme, I had an endless stream of questions, which the team handled with an abundance of patience. I especially want to give a shout out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], who not only handled my non-stop barrage of questions, but also kept me on track when the timing slipped my mind. Thank you\!\!\!

> **Cons**: Some things cannot be updated myself without Vestd approval (though this could be a good thing - keeps me from accidentally messing things up). Also, our Articles of Association were previously filed with a different company, and because of this, Vestd is not allowed to look at my Articles to confirm that I'm not doing something wrong. (I understand it would be a significant undertaking when I didn't use Vestd for this, but just thinking of if I could ask for anything, regardless of whether it's reasonable.)
