It's a great value for the money. Customer support overall with your company has been above average, although I have not had to contact your team regarding HumanBot -- just ClickSites. From what I can tell, HumanBot will be great for sales, although marketing is a non-issue for me at this time. The Chat Conversation is very enthralling. I haven't had a use for Templates with HumanBot yet, and have not had a chance to do a thorough test with Bot Training. With all these topics being addressed, my first reaction is that it is very simple and easy to plug the HumanBot into web pages. The response time between interactions is very good. The whole idea of being able to communicate with visitors with different types of ChatBots (Live, SmartAI, and Trained) is first-rate planning and provision by your company. > > **Cons**: It's not really a complaint, but with the SmartAI Bot, there were a couple of occasions in which I had to correct the Bot. I wrote the correction, and the Bot readily accepted being corrected. One occasion was when the Bot reported that the 1962 Eldon Bowl-a-Matic (toy) was battery operated. I corrected the Bot, since the appartus did not use batteries, and the HumanBot retracted its statement and agreed with the correction. The other occasion was when the HumanBot was incorrect on how to convert the 5-7 split in bowling. Again, my brother this time, corrected the Bot, and it was appreciative of the correction. So, the A.I. where it got its information was not 100% accurate, but still very dependable. Other than that, I had no negative experiences. > > As mentioned above, the HumanBot code was very easy to extract and then paste into the appropriate web page, which was actually an "asp" page, which is essentially the same as HTML. I had it running on my website in about an hour, and I didn’t even need to know how to code. There are tons of videos that show you how everything works, which makes it even better. One of my favorite things is the Voice Chat feature. It feels like you’re talking to a real person\! You can even switch to “LiveCall” mode, which makes it feel complete. The chat and voice tools are super smart and make conversations feel natural and fun. I also love how you can add videos and pictures to your chatbot. There are lots of avatars to choose from, and the whole system is flexible and easy to install. It’s great for helping with sales, bookings, and customer service. Honestly, having a chatbot like this is kind of a must-have these days. The price is fair too—especially compared to other tools out there. And you get a lot for what you pay. > > **Cons**: Right now, some voices don’t sound super natural. It would be cool to sort avatars by clothes or gender, and I wish there were more UK English voices. Also, the chat flow editing takes a little work, and it only connects with Zapier, which can be a bit tricky and pricey. A webhook option would be awesome. Another small thing: when you make buttons for Facebook posts, you can’t add multiple links at once. You have to do it one at a time, which is kind of slow.
