> **Pros**: The WhatsApp nudge feature is a game changer. New joiners actually complete their documents on time now because iona pings them automatically. The AI chatbot handles most of the repetitive queries new hires have, which has reduced my team's workload significantly. E-signatures saved us so much back and forth.

> **Cons**: The dashboard took a little getting used to initially. Took maybe a week to feel fully comfortable navigating between the onboarding checklist and BGV sections.
