> **Pros**: I honestly can’t find anything positive to write about our treatment. We are a small new company and subscribed to Boris lite . We were promised the world. Most of the features promised were not forthcoming

> **Cons**: Whilst the Boris team tried to assist the salesman was emailed several times. The Boris lite system does not work . We never completed one task successfully . I would not subscribe to this product

> Poor customer service . Salesman who promised several ( unavailable) features refused to call me. When I asked for a refund my email was ignored . We are now with Bolster . Far superior system .

> **Pros**: I bought the software to carry out fire risk assessments and fire door surveys but it does so much more. I now complete Health \& Safety, Vehicle and Ladder Audits, New Starter forms, PPE Checks, Expense Forms, and Toolbox Talks and have added training videos \& staff certification.

> **Cons**: As with any new software, the first month of using the app is a learning curve \& you need to persevere to appreciate the benefits that it can bring. I no longer have to spend time typing up my notes, or resizing photos from an assessment as I do everything directly into the app so the assessment is finished when I leave the site.
> 
> The helpdesk is very supportive \& helps with any issues I may have but also shows me how to do things myself. I now have a library of prompts for when I need to do something on Boris that I haven't done for a while.
