There is also a good level of customization. Our company not only services and supports equipment, but also manufactures it, and we can use OpenRMA for some of our production processes too.

Support is very fast. If I have a question, I usually get an answer quickly. I also like that I can suggest new features. Some features I asked for were actually added later, which is great.

> **Cons**: I would like to have a form editor directly in OpenRMA. Right now, forms have to be edited in a desktop editor and then sent to the OpenRMA team for verification and uploading.

So it is better to prepare the form carefully before sending it, especially if you don't want to ask them to update it several times. But for me, this is not a big problem.
