> **Pros**: This is not just software. It has a Helpdesk that effectively acts as a facilities PA. They take the calls a field them to either a contractor to get jobs done or facilities managers for more action. Numerous applications within the software. This Is the market leader in the UK with more than 20,000 buildings under their control. Clients like JLL, CBRE, Cush Wake.  Fantastic pricing model.
