> **Pros**: Visibility as an admin person. You can view all that has been completed or not on all our cases. You can run unlimited reports with just the out of the box product. The work is always organized. We can move quickly and accomplish more.

> **Cons**: no complaints. This program allows standard users to be organized and accomplish more work in less time and it allows admin users to have full visibility of the entire organization.
