> **Pros**: It is a very user-friendly tool, where product implementation is done very quickly using an Excel file. Within a single day, it is possible to start tracking competitors effectively.
Their customer support is fast, responsive, and attentive – a real added value. They genuinely listen to user feedback and use it to improve the platform.
In terms of pricing, they are extremely competitive and offer the best value for money on the market.
