> **Pros**: The fact that I can do everything I need to do in order to reach out and partner with influencers directly from one platform. I don't need to skip around to 4 or 5 different pieces of software which used to cause confusion and take way longer.

> **Cons**: Their influencer finder option is great for finding influencers similar to what I need but in my niche, I need influencers who have children within a certain age range (due to the product we sell). Therefore, I still need to manually review their profile to see if the child fits within our age criteria. Unfortunately, this takes time and manual review and I don't think IH has a way to automate this process yet.
