> **Pros**: It is very easy to use, it tracks shipments ETD and ETA using API so takes the manual work, this in turn allows us to work well within our deadlines taking pressure off our daily work and avoiding any additional costs associated with delayed documents.

> **Cons**: To be honest, from the old manual system we used, to converting to Bilancio, there is nothing to dislike about this innovative program.
