It takes a little time to set up as all systems do but once in place it runs smoothly \& is very easy to use. The information is easy to access \& very reliable, I would say it's been a big part in the success of our business since we first used in 2013.

> **Pros**: We were one of Prodtrac's early Software adopters, like with any software their is a lot of work you need to put in at the beginning but once its set up correctly it just works \& takes care of our food production, tractability, financial reports \& ordering, the flexibility to add specific tailor made reports is really useful. The Prodtrac support team are always on hand to help when required.

> **Pros**: Some of the best customer service, always resolves any question within 24 hours, has worked with us to create many customised reports, from costings to invoicing to traceability it does it all

> It great for food because you can have many levels on a recipe that most other software can't handle.  The way Prodtrac will create customised reports for us has been invaluable and such a time saver.

The software is easy to use and the reporting excellent. It represents excellent value for money for a full manufacturing system, that has been specifically designed for the food sector.
The multi-level BOMs are essential in food manufacturing and absent in a lot of other manufacturing systems. From a finance prospective the reporting on gross margin is an outstanding tool to control costs and increase gross margin.
