In my (15+) years in the field, I have never met anyone who said "Oh yes, I love transitioning to a new practice management system". 

It was a lot of work, no doubt, but \[sensitive content hidden\] and the whole team were relentlessly available to support me and my team through the process. 

I have heard (and experienced) horror stories from the large practice management companies--support for me and my small (but growing) team was one of the major reasons I chose Lumary. They stand by their product, and the software can do amazing things from an analytical perspective.
