> **Pros**: Transcription accuracy holds up well across accents and varied audio quality. The AI-generated summaries and action items are the real win. I rarely need to rewatch a call to pull follow-ups. Search across past transcripts is fast and surfaces context I'd otherwise lose. Calendar sync auto-joins calls reliably, and integrations with Slack and our CRM push notes to where the team already works.

The recording quality is incredible, I’ve had meetings where the person I’m talking to is extremely quiet and there’s a lot of background noise but it still picks up the conversation we’re having. The notes are comprehensive and the action points it provides are helpful
