It allows you to create filters, such as if the e-mail is from this domain or a specific e-mail address, move to this folder and assign this topic etc. They provide student discounts which is a big plus. They also have a lifetime license option and the app is continuously receiving updates. > > **Cons**: The customer support should be improved and should be free. They try to charge you $8 per incident for the support.
