> **Pros**: We use Radiant to triage and investigate phishing reports and endpoint alerts.  What we like most is the automated investigations which take load off IT staff.
> 
> **Cons**: Radiant is a young product so there are some false positives and tuning needed with the Radiant team. We like that they are flexibility to our suggestions and feature requests.
> 
> Our experience is very positive, we were able to migrate our entire phishing response to the platform. Also, we were able to reduce costs with our MSP by moving endpoint response to the platform.
