> **Pros**: Once bugpilot was added to our website it was super easy to use it. At first, we used it on our accounts when we were trying to replicate our customer's bugs, but then the magic happened and bugpilot released an Intercom extension which is amazing. It makes collecting all necessary information for our QA and Devs much easier- especially when we're dealing with our users who are not too great with computers :D

No more wandering, testing across devices and the back and forth communication of trying to extract techy information from non-techy end users. Bug sessions can be recorded and you can easily see what problems users experience, and you get all the tech info about the problem to solve it right away. There are also some great integrations to make sure you never let a user down and a bug unnoticed.
