Some other products provide more comprehensive and broad data, not just for TCs only No way to move someone into Observation so we can better keep track of who didn't need tx/wasn't recommended Still a little limited in data entry. Unable to change insurance benefit with multiple treatment. For example, if someone is interested in a comprehensive or a limited treatment plan, I cannot change the insurance benefit for each plan, because the estimated insurance coverage is not always going to be the same with a D8040 and a D8090 because the cost difference is significant. Emails to patients always go to spam. I have started just telling every patient to check their spam folder for their emails which looks tacky. I'm not confident that the follow ups work. I know the emails go to patient spam and barely anyone will authorize our text messages so the follow up protocol is unusable for our office and I have to do my own manual follow ups to get anyone out of my pending. > > It has increased our same day starts and made it much easier for us to get starts in office and from home. The software is generally pretty user friendly and easy to navigate. \[sensitive content hidden\]and the dev team are pretty responsive to our feedback but new changes take a pretty long time to implement.
