> **Pros**: Unkompliziertes und transparent. Man bekommt 1% Cashback (\!), was für uns als Unternehmen mit hohen Marketingausgaben ein wirklicher Bonus ist. Einfache UX und erreichbarer Service. Tut was es soll und das richtig gut.

> **Cons**: Ein entscheidender Vorteil von anderen Anbietern wie zB Amex ist ein verlängertes Zahlungsziel. Bei Pliant kann man das zwar auch bekommen, aber dann fallen die 1% Cashback weg. Die sind uns wichtiger, als längeres Zahlungsziel.

> Einfaches Kartenmanagement. Die anderen Anbieter, die wir uns angeschaut haben, haben tausende Funktionen, die wir sowieso nicht nutzen würden.

> **Cons**: Die Reaktionszeit vom Support könnte etwas besser sein. Sonst wirklich alles top\! In der Regel brauchen wir aber so gut wie nie den Support, weil alles gut läuft.

> Allgemein echt froh Pliant gefunden zu haben. Da wir unsere Ad Konten (Google \& Meta) über Pliant abrechnen kommt auch viel Cashback zusammen.

APP läuft in letzter Zeit nicht immer stabil und muss neu gestartet werden

> Wir nutzen Pliant seit mehr als 2 Jahren und sind generell zufrieden. Bei der Umstellung der Kostenstruktur und der Beschränkung der Kartenkontingente hatten wir kurz über einen Wechsel nachgedacht, haben dann aber festgestellt, dass Pliant für uns nach wie vor die passende Lösung ist. Das unproblematische Hochladen der Belege hat vieles in unseren Abläufen vereinfacht.
