> **Pros**: Switching to Opensend was extremely easy to use as our entire team is able to easily navigate the platform and the interface is very intuitive. I am most impressed with our fast we were able to grow our new customer base\!

> **Cons**: The only small challenge would be customers reaching out to us upset that are now receiving marketing materials without officially "subscribing" on our site. However, the Opensend team provided scripts and best practices to address this issues that have caused a very minimal disruption.
