> **Pros**: Working with SPS has been a tremendous benefit for our company. We use their services for a number of major retailers: Walmart, Target, and CVS just to name a few. Our company has recovered a tremendous amount of money for invalid deductions over the course of 4+ years now. Before working with them, we were not able to receive back large amounts of refunds that we were entitled to, not to mention we now devote far less time and energy in doing so.

> **Cons**: Can't truly think of anything significant, only that I wish they had a couple of additional retailers where they offered deduction recovery service. Having said that, they've been adding retailers as they develop solutions, so perhaps they will be adding a couple of the ones we would want.
