> **Pros**: This system can run a 10 homes a year builder to a 10,000 home a year builder.  The best part is it is all integrated, meaning Newstar develops and maintains all the pieces from accounting to purchasing to sales to construction schedules.  Support is amazing and we get real people on line to solve our issues (mostly user error\!) .We also love it is on the internet so we can operate anywhere, even on vacation.

CustomerInsight survey tool has also been valuable for capturing feedback at critical stages like the 30-day mark, helping us spot issues early and make improvements that directly benefit homeowners.

> **Pros**: The user friendly setup is great.  The sales team can pick options easily and the office can send out purchase orders tied to sales fast and efficiently.  Also upload documents for subs easily.

> **Cons**: Some updates are not good and affect the system in a negatively way and it takes a few days for constellation to get the patch uploaded.  The way options have to be setup some times not friendly for more choices.
