> **Cons**: All fields are not approached the same. i.e. in Notes, you have to click save but on the dashboard, you click in and out of the field to save. Some fields allow hyperlinks, others do not. Formatting in Notes looks one way while typing and saves to different sets of bullet points.

Not very user friendly, so I stay away from most features. 
After further review I would have preferred to have gone a different direction and not with CW.

> The demo with \[sensitive content hidden\] was fab - instead of going through and showing me all the benefits he went to price which I really appreciated - the money talk was done and then I could see if it was worth investing my time to continue. His presentation was not a big sales chat but a real time demo of what my clients would see and what I would see - it was easy to follow and I was able to gauge the overall fit easily.
