> **Pros**: I was researching all these apps for sending surveys / reviews / testimonials to clients and everyone else makes you sign up for a 1 year commitment and most with no free trial.  Revenue jump is limited but it does what I need it to do, and they have a free trial and can can cancel any month.&#10;&#10;It's not as automated as some of the other programs but it does what I need it to do and it's about half the price of comparable products

> **Cons**: there is little support (you have to email them) and no phone support so if you have an urgent issue there is no one to talk too&#10;&#10; a chat feature to put on the website would be nice
