> **Pros**: What we like most is that ALITEO can be used across different departments, not just by project managers. We use it for project management, internal tasks, customer communication and also for cooperation with external partners.

The advanced Gantt chart and capacity planning are especially useful for planning projects and people. We also use some of the AI features for summaries and working with project information, which saves time in day-to-day work. Another nice feature is custom branding, so the application and customer-facing communication can match our own company brand.

> **Cons**: Because the system covers many different areas, the initial setup can take some time. There are quite a lot of options and settings, so new users usually need some guidance before they understand how everything fits together. Once the workflows are set up, it becomes much easier to use.

> We originally started using ALITEO mainly for project management, but gradually expanded it to other parts of the company. Today different teams use it for projects, tasks, customer communication and cooperation with partners.

It helps us keep information and communication in one place instead of spreading it across emails, spreadsheets and several separate tools. For project teams, the Gantt chart and capacity planning give us a good overview of deadlines and available resources. The AI features are also becoming useful for quickly summarizing information and getting an overview of what is happening in projects.

Overall, we see ALITEO as a flexible platform that can grow with the company rather than just another task management tool.

> **Pros**: ALITEO lets us manage everything in one place — new product development, marketing planning, and communication with external contractors (PPC, Meta Ads management). Before, we tracked all of this over email and things got lost. Now we have the full communication history in one place, so everyone knows what's being discussed and where things stand. It also has a lot of additional functionality we haven't used yet, so when we come up with a new process to track, manage, or automate, we likely won't need to look for another tool.We use ALITEO primarily to manage projects around new product development and marketing, and to coordinate with external suppliers such as our PPC and Meta Ads agencies. It replaced a chaotic email-based workflow with a single place where the full history and context is visible to everyone involved. There's clearly a lot more the platform can do beyond what we currently use, which gives us room to grow into it as our needs evolve.

> **Cons**: Onboarding and getting oriented at the start took some time. Tthere's a bit of a learning curve before you find your way around. That said, the support team was very responsive and helped us get set up.
