> **Pros**: Blend-ed offers Open edX as a SAAS solution. They added features which out of the box installation of Open edX do not have. We do not need to maintain our own installation any more and Blend-ed keeps developing their solution and improving it features. Total cost for us are lower per user and we get more.

> **Cons**: Overall it as a good experience. There were some bugs but nothing major and things not working were quickly addressed. No real dislikes concerning Blend-ed. Open edx itself can use improvements, specially for commercial use.

Communication with the technical team was easy and their deep knowledge of Open edX made our transition without major issue despite some customisation on our end.
