My vet used them to process a health certificate for travel with a dog and they were not able to get the documents to me within the necessary timeframe (within 10 days of travel)resulting in a $2000 cost to me for cancelled tickets. They were not willing to discuss a refund of the $450 cost of the service nor provide any reason for why the documents were sent to the appropriate state agency an entire week after my vet had provided all info and didn't ensure that the overnight Fedex delivery could be delivered on Saturday resulting in "overnight" arriving a full 2 days after.
