> **Pros**: Ease of use, the UI is the tops helping me make selections fast and then getting outreach to the candidates is unmatched. AI helping me reconfigure the logic quickly on every pass further surfacing candidates I would have missed in Linkedin on my own. I love their dashboards, pipeline and reporting.

> **Cons**: That I didn't get this sooner. But that's on me not them. I am only 5 business days in but I can honestly say right now that nothing comes to mind.
