> Overall experience has been good, particularly post-implementation.  inecta is responsive and development team in India does well completing things overnight to keep the process rolling.  I started mid-implementation and project was struggling with internal and inecta team not aligned.  inecta management provided good support working through the difficult process to successfully implement.  Biggest observation is customer should ensure all the details are finalized in sales process and implementation needs included to develop realistic plan and budget.
