> **Pros**: It was easy to use and customer support was awesome. They called me right away to make sure I was able to transition from my former program to using their route manager.  Being able to quickly route multiple properties is essential to my business and importing new sheets of properties daily was a must for me.  I formally used streets and trips from Microsoft but their maps are so outdated and made routing tough with new locations being added.  This program is definitely the best value You're going to find if you're looking to route large amounts of properties daily.

> **Cons**: Not being able to clear all the stops from the maps to start with a fresh sheet is tedious. It would be fine if all of the stops were on the mainland but unfortunately some of my stops a map to Islands so I can't just select everything on the map and delete it. I wish there was a single button function to just delete all of the stops.

> **Pros**: Really easy to build optimized routes for our drivers without spending 30 minutes doing it manually. We run around 45 stops per day and the route sequencing saves us a lot of windshield time. The route view is clean and the app works well out in the field.

> **Cons**: Would love to see a few more reporting features. Nothing that stops us using it day to day but something we'd love to have.
