> **Pros**: The immediate feedback to solution loop from founder has been great\! Being able to switch from different inspection types on the same platform has been nice and easy to manage.

> **Cons**: It is a new platform as such there are items that were not yet present such as ability to group devices into subgroups on large inspections, however that is now on the platform which helps.
> 
> Overall experience has been surprisingly good. The explanation, tutorial videos and direct access to founder has been a game changer. Having a voice on improvements and being received right away is very cool.
