> **Pros**: Real-time budget tracking. Unlike other PM tools that just track tasks, SUNAGO Matrix shows me immediately when a project is burning through budget faster than planned. The utilisation dashboard is gold -I can see exactly which consultants are billable vs. on internal work, which directly impacts our margin. No more surprised budget overruns at month-end.

> We switched from spreadsheets and Teamwork because we needed visibility into project profitability. SUNAGO Matrix does that out of the box. Setup took a day.
