> **Pros**: Finally something that actually gets how contractors work day to day. The scheduling alone has helped a ton with keeping subs on the same page way less of the “wait I thought I was coming tuesday” conversations. Being able to keep progress photos tied to each job has been huge for us. Had a homeowner try to say we scratched their floor and I just pulled up timestamped pics from before demo even started. That alone probably paid for it. Also gotta say, the team behind it actually listens when you bring stuff up, not just nodding and moving on.

Would love a real client portal so homeowners can see progress and approve selections without me being the go-between all the time. Change order tracking with signatures would be big too that’s where most of my headaches come from. It feels like it’s heading that way though.

> I’ve tried probably 4 or 5 different softwares over the years and most of them feel like they were built by people who’ve never set foot on a job site. This one feels different. Is it perfect? Nah. But the main stuff works and they’re clearly building features contractors actually need, not just stuff that looks good in a demo. Been using it for just about a month now and my guys actually use it, which says a lot. If you’re doing reno work and tired of the big overkill systems or the cheap ones that don’t do enough, it’s definitely worth checking out.
