> **Pros**: Software is easy to use.  All the modules work together real well.  I guess my issue is the customer service - horrible\!

> **Cons**: The customer service and support is the worst.  If you want something done or added you should plan at least a year out.  It may take that long for someone to call you back or actually get the item completed.  When you see there booth at any show, just keep walking.
