Pricing that does not punish small buildings 

Most offers on the Belgian market only become viable above 20 units because of degressive tariffs and minimum monthly fees. Syndic24 starts at the bottom of the range: a 6-apartment building costs EUR 12 per month, with no minimum billed and no setup fee. Cellars, garages, parking spaces and boxes are never counted as billable units, the same exclusion the Belgian 20-unit statutory threshold applies.
