Additional document processing capabilities include Incoterms classifications, HS code determination, Authorized Economic Operator compliance verification, pre alert handling and movement reference number registration for customs declarations.\nIntegration extends to Transportation Management Systems such as CargoWise, Descartes, SAP TM, AEB, Scope Riege, Boltrics, Bluerock, ProActive, MendriX, Transpas, TISLOG and Qonnected. The platform connects directly to carrier portals for MSC, Maersk, CMA CGM and Hapag Lloyd and to customs portals including Portbase, Douane NL, Customs four trade and Softpak software. Email and document management integration covers Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Microsoft Excel and SharePoint environments. A comprehensive integration framework enables connection to more than one thousand additional TMS, ERP systems and mail clients.\nImplementation follows a fourteen day onboarding sprint structured in four phases. The initial phase maps operations to identify time consuming tasks during days one through three. The configuration phase establishes agent connections to email, TMS and portals during days four through seven.
