The platform processes gigapixel histopathology images to generate structured quantitative data about tissue composition and cellular distribution across entire tissue samples. It supports precision oncology researchers, biopharmaceutical companies and academic medical centers engaged in translational research and clinical development across multiple cancer indications. The software has been trained on more than fifty thousand whole slide images with millions of pathologist annotations and has processed more than ten thousand slides to date to support research in biomarker discovery, therapeutic response prediction and tumor biology characterization.\n\nThe platform employs AI models that segment, detect and classify millions of individual cells across tissue regions within entire images at pixel level. PathExplore generates over six hundred unique human interpretable features per sample that serve as standardized metrics for quantitative characterization of cell and tissue composition. These human interpretable features include measures such as tumor tissue area, lymphocyte count, stromal lymphocyte density and ratio of lymphocytes to fibroblasts near the epithelial stromal interface. The analysis includes indication specific features tailored to the histology of each disease across fourteen cancer types as well as indication agnostic features for pan tumor comparisons. Advanced models further characterize collagen and fibrosis patterns, perform immune phenotyping and identify tertiary lymphoid structures.\n\nThe structured histopathological data produced by PathExplore integrate seamlessly with complementary molecular data to enable multi scale exploration of tumor biology and correlation with molecular measurements of immune infiltration signatures. PathExplore integrates with the AISight digital pathology platform to enable self service deployment and workflow automation for image analysis. The software processes publicly available whole slide images from repositories such as The Cancer Genome Atlas to facilitate combination of pathology features with existing clinical and molecular datasets. It also supports integration with clinico genomic real world data to advance activities in biomarker discovery, clinical trial design and evaluation of treatment effectiveness.\n\nPathExplore is designated for research use and is available through a data access program that provides academic researchers with access to human interpretable features generated from publicly available slide images. Non academic partners obtain access under licensing arrangements that accommodate diverse research and development collaborations. This framework ensures comprehensive support for precision oncology research and the exploration of tumor microenvironment characteristics at high resolution.","image":"https://gdm-catalog-fmapi-prod.imgix.net/ProductScreenshot/309ceb93-396b-4327-835a-af6e9049ed88.png","url":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2103849/pathexplore","@type":"SoftwareApplication","@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2103849/pathexplore#software","applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/#organization"},"operatingSystem":"Cloud"},{"@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Other Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/3894/other-artificial-intelligence-ai-software/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"PathExplore","position":3,"item":"/software/2103849/pathexplore","@type":"ListItem"}],"@id":"https://www.getapp.co.uk/software/2103849/pathexplore#breadcrumblist"}]}
