You run the whole job in one place. Tenders, drawings, financials and site records stop living in separate tools, so nothing gets re-keyed and nothing falls through the gap between them.

You price faster and defend it. The Tenders module builds a full tendered bill of quantities with rates matched from your own rate book, so a quote goes out backed by your numbers, not a guess.

A change on site follows through to the money. The Financial module automates variations across contracts, reconciliations and procurement, so what happens on site shows up in the account without a second entry.

The AI works on your documents, not generic answers. Hand it a tender scope or a subcontractor quote and ask what is wrong with it, and it reads your data. One click AI Takeoff from drawings is in beta, with output verified before use.

You are not left to set it up alone. Most firms book a short call and build their first job live with us, on their own type of work. It is built by a working quantity surveyor who prices real jobs on the platform every week.

Every plan includes all four modules: 
Tenders and Estimating, Project Management, Site Management and Financial Management. 
Nothing is held back on the cheaper tiers. The only difference between plans is how many people can use it.

There are two seat types. Office seats suit estimators, QSs, project managers and directors who need the commercial and financial side. Site seats suit site managers and supervisors using drawings, diaries, inspections and site records. 
Site seats cost less because they do not include the commercial modules.

Additional seats can be added to any plan at £130 per office seat and £30 per site seat.

Billing is monthly or annual. Annual billing saves 15%.
Free trial: 30 days with full access on any plan. A card is taken at signup, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point before then.

AI costs: the AI features run on your own API keys, set up during onboarding. You pay the AI provider directly at cost and we add no markup, which for most contractors comes to a few pounds a month. Each customer's project data sits in their own database.

There is no limit on the number of projects or how much you store.
