Whether you handle eight arrangements a month or eighty, the price stays the same, so a busy month never turns into a surprise on the invoice. All prices are net, excluding German VAT.

Three plans, priced by how many people need access:

Solo — 199 EUR per month for a single user. For the owner-operator who does everything personally.

Buero (Office) — 399 EUR per month for up to three users. The typical two-to-three-person funeral home where the owner, an assistant and a part-time colleague all work in the system.

Institut — 599 EUR per month for unlimited users. For larger homes and multi-location businesses where staff numbers change and per-seat counting becomes a nuisance.

Paying annually reduces the monthly rate to 169, 339 and 499 EUR respectively, which saves 360, 720 or 1,200 EUR over a year, roughly fifteen percent.

Every plan includes the full core of the product: case management with civil-status records, contacts, appointments and calendar, tasks, documents and archive, authority letters and deregistrations, cost estimates, invoicing with electronic invoice formats and the DATEV export, dunning, supplier and article catalogues with stock levels, pre-need contracts, the family portal, two-factor authentication and the security and data-protection features. Nothing on that list is held back for a higher tier.

Optional add-ons, bookable and cancellable monthly, cover the areas not every funeral home needs:

Working time and absence tracking — from 35 EUR per month for up to ten employees, plus 4.50 EUR for each additional employee. Clock-in and clock-out, leave, sick days and the absence calendar.

Time-tracking terminal — 29 EUR per month for one location, plus 15 EUR per additional location. Turns a tablet into a punch clock with QR-code scanning and no login. Requires the working time add-on.

A funeral home on the Office plan that also wants working time tracking and stationery therefore lands at around 473 EUR per month, not at a figure that only becomes clear after a sales call.

What you do not pay for: there is no setup fee. Self-service setup is free, and an onboarding wizard walks you through letterhead, price list and staff. Support, updates, hosting, backups and new features are included in the subscription. A guided premium onboarding including migration of your existing data from a previous system is available as a one-off option if you would rather not do the import yourself.

Trial and commitment: you can test Memorion free for 30 days, without a credit card. Subscriptions run monthly and can be cancelled monthly. Your data stays exportable at any time, and after a cancellation it is deleted permanently after 30 days rather than held hostage.

One option worth asking about: funeral homes that join while the product is still growing can do so as pilot partners. Pilot partners test free during the pilot phase and, in exchange for honest feedback on what is missing, keep a permanent fifteen percent discount on their chosen plan afterwards, including on annual billing, for as long as the contract runs without interruption. If you are open to telling a developer what your daily work really needs, this is the cheapest way into the product and the fastest way to get your requirements built.
